It's the worst method of transportation I've ever used. The bus drivers as a whole are useless they are rude and will just drive right by you even when you're standing at a bus stop.... Half the time the routes I need are canceled or they just don't run them no one bothers to let anyone know and how the hell is a person supposed to get to work when Ubers 20 - 30 dollars one way this economy and lack of public transportation and assistance is pathetic. And who wants to walk for an hour just to catch a bus for a 2-3 hour bus ride if you want a job that's worth a shot anywhere in the city.... Do better pathetic bus company... How is it the only thing Kansas city can seem to do is hate each other and kill each other... Oh yeah and I'd leave no stars but it won't let you
This has to be the worst Transit system in the history of transit systems. KC...you fail miserably.

If you plan to save money because it's free YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you rely on it for work.....DOWNLOAD the Uber APP.
☆ An added bonus? Most drivers have an attitude on par with this taxpayer-funded service.
One a KC's greatest assets. All public transportation is free. Less cars on the road and helps citizens get to doctors, grocery, etc.
Half the time it's a guess if the bus will even show up upwards on twenty instances of busses not showing up at all

How can we ever expect to compare to public transportation in other big cities when busses don't even show up??? The least you could do is update the apps if a bus is out of service or running late so we're not out here wasting our time. A commute that is 30 min by car and should've taken 1.5 hours by bus, ended up taking 3 hours. I'm late for work and my boss is upset because I don't have reliable transportation. I'm a big advocate for public transportation, european cities have it down but this is a joke and unacceptable. I guess it's time for me to get over it and get a car and add to the rest of the pollution.
This is a great place to stay a .They have great staff great management great housekeeping great laundry attendant you can't go wrong staying here at all of all the places I've been in Kansas City I should have came here a long time ago I used to work for them quite a few years ago for about 7 years with the one by the airport Extended Stay they're a great place to work at if you needed something that always there to help you I love that kind of employees that would go been backwards go out of their way to help you and ask nothing in return that's why I would love to come back and stay at the extended stay hotel that's what it's all about good Hospitality good staff good management do it all around I wouldn't recommend this to my family my friends my cousins and Kansas City please come check them out you can't go wrong it's a great place to stay at ..I Have to GIVE THEM A 5 ***** RATING ..FROM Kansas City Mo .
RideKC is horrible. Busses don't show up anymore, CS doesn't help much leaving hard working, even essential workers stranded. They will however make sure homeless people get where they need to go and can stay warm on warming busses when its cold outside. If ur service is not going to benefit everyone then don't act like this is such a great community service. Because of ur poor service people r losing their jobs when u don't show up as promised. TERRIBLE LEARDERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT!
